Song lyric help -- Mentions a kid who thinks he got a 13 tattoed on arm

Office christmas party conversation. Someone mentions they were listening to a song that said something about a kid getting a tattoo on his arm and he thought it was the number 13, but it wasn’t. Dang, that sounded familiar. But I can’t make any more lyrics come to my head. I think it is a reasonably current, rap or rap-like song. My google search turns up -way- too many hits to wade through. Help!
Oh, and if you can help with that, any idea why a 13 tattoo would mean diddly?

Johnny Cash recorded Glenn Danzig’s song titled Thirteen in which the person described in the song doesn’t have a name and is called thirteen because the number is tatooed on his arm. The song is from his first American album in 1994.
