Maybe not in the details, but in general… yeah. The second-to-last event is Jax killing Gemma (probably for killing Tara), the last will be Jax riding off nomad.

Maybe Unser will kill Gemma - sort of a kill-her-to-save-her-from-herself type thing as his last act of redemption before the cancer gets him.
