Well, I’m not Irish but I loves me Guiness!!! Of course, I’ll drink almost any beer but I especially love Guiness…it’s just so darned good!

Guinness? BRILLIANT!
Well, my birthday falls on St. Patrick’s Day this and every year*, so I’d love to go out, grab a nice dinner somewhere with a couple friends, and probably throw back an Irish Car Bomb or two. But everyone I know (me included) has to work Friday morning, so there will be no major piss-ups this year… not on Thursday night, at least.
There are a few Irish pubs around Orlando, but I’ve never made it to an Irish pub on any of my St. Patrick’s Day birthdays because everyone else goes to them, and they get too loud and crowded, with slow service and rowdy drunks. I just don’t want to go to Bennigan’s, which is about as Irish as Taco Bell is Mexican… plus I don’t like their menu that much. Maybe Cheesecake Factory, just because I love the food so much, and it’s a rare treat due to the prices. I thought about inviting people over and cooking corned beef and cabbage and having plenty of Guinness on hand (BRILLIANT!), but I’d like to do something more festive (at least semi-festive) this year.
*Even though I am a Jew, I have some Irish in me somewhere, I know it.
Then come Monday, start drinking several grape sodas each day. By your birthday, your poops should be a nice kelly green.
