Stupid liberal idea of the day

More unsurprising false assertions and total bullshit from our resident bigoted bullshitter.

As usual, your incisive and well-informed analysis has cut to the heart of the issue and captured its complexity and its nuances.

Or, what iiandyiiii said.

Then please explain why the Palestinians want a “right of return” to TWO countries; their own would-be country (a Palestine composed of the West Bank and Gaza) and to Israel.

How does pointing out such blatant inconsistency and double speak make me “bigoted?”

Cite for what all Palestinians believe regarding the right of return? Or are you just talking about some? If so, which ones? And if you’re just talking about some, why are you using language that includes them all?

Broad brushing bullshit attacks on groups of millions based on ethnicity is bigoted. Expressing personal disgust and revulsion for people based on nothing more than their gender identity is bigoted. This is a complicated and nuanced issue – perhaps too complicated and nuanced for dumbass bigots who aren’t capable of complicated thought and nuance.

While I never said “all,” as in 100%, sadly, the number is actually pretty close to it in terms of Palestinians who want a right to return to TWO states. Also, why don’t you answer for why Israeli Jews don’t bother demanding such rights from Egypt, Yemen, Iraq, and other countries from which hundreds of thousands of Jewish refugees came, ultimately to land in Israel.

Also, its well known Arafat turned down the 2000-2001 offer mainly over the RoR. To this day, Bill points out that the Palestinians were the reason a deal never came to pass.

I don’t broadbrush anyone based on ethnicity; I do point out their actions and make a decision from that. Also, this is what progressives do; call everything they think “nuanced” as if they’re all academic critical thinking geniuses who are smarter than anyone who doesn’t agree with them.

In fairness to dumbass bigots, if they were capable of “complicated thoughts and nuance”…

QED

This poll is quite complicated and doesn’t support your broad-brushing.

You didn’t ask me, but sure, I’ll answer – probably because they’ve decided that they’re better off in Israel.

This has nothing to do with any of your ridiculous and bigoted broad-brush assertions.

You misread data and make ridiculous broad-brush attacks from your misinterpretation.

Most big issues are in fact nuanced. But I wouldn’t expect a bigoted idiot like yourself to understand this – rather, bigoted idiots generally have the need to reduce every issue into black and white and cram it into their preconceived bigoted notions about the world.

Am I missing something? I clicked on this thread to laugh at “Stupid Liberals” (which I’m proud to be, on occasion). All I’m seeing is people guessing at Palestinians’ deep-seated desires.

So how is Palestine a Stupid Liberal Idea?

Or is this a complex bit of theater, and engaging **DM00 **is the SLI?

The Palestinian state isn’t the SLI, but Black Lives Matter adopting pro-BDS stances is. As is their bogus RoR to someone else’s state (well not of the day but of all time)

These sentences are completely incomprehensible.

Shhhhhhhhhhh!

So what else is new?

Yeah, and even if I look em up, there are so many things that the acronyms could stand for… so, can you give us a clue what you’re typing about? What’s a “pro-BDS stance” and what’s a “bogus RoR” and what is the “someone else’s state”?

My guess: “pro-bondage/discipline/skittles”, “bogus Rugrats of Roanoke” and “Idaho”.

Black Lives Matter wants a Right of Return? To where?

It is a common practice on the left to express solidarity with oppressed persons all over the place. Its like “friending” on Worldbook. Its also how Berkeley became the first American city to have a foreign policy.

Let me help you out:

SLI = Scan-line Interleave, a feature on higher end graphics cards
BDS = Bachelors of Dental Surgery
ROR = Ruby on Rails, an open source web application framework

I trust Derek’s argument is now clear.

Clearer, I’ve got to admit…

I’m still lost.

But the logic of bigots has never worked for me.

“BDS” means “Boycott, Divest, Sanction”. It refers to taking anti-Zionist action against the Israelis. It is up to you to determine whether “anti-Zionist” is or is not the same as “anti-Semitic” (where “Semitic” means “Jewish”). Most people who use “BDS” in the way it was used above are those who want you to take the position that an anti-Zionist is a person who hates all Jews.

boycotting Israel while not boycotting the dozens of other countries with far worse human rights in armed conflicts (and many democracies have them too) records IS anti-Semitic, as it applies standards clearly far beyond those applied elsewhere. It singles out the only Jewish majority country on Earth, where roughly half of the worlds’ Jews live.

Also, Jews are winners, not backwards losers like their neighbors.

Your comment is the new stupid liberal idea of the day.
