Exercising the nuclear option was a good idea. The dumb liberal idea was waiting until the end of this administration to do it, in fact. I’ll give you the other two - except that he didn’t actually say the third one. So you get one point.
Holy Christ Clothy got one, a genuine Stupid Liberal Idea. They said this day would never come, but here it is. There should be some kind of sticky announcement in the forum.
Dude…I started this thread. Every liberal idea is a stupid one. There are just so damn many to choose from that I have to limit myself to the really egregious ones. I could have put Obamacare in here, but that would have been like shooting fish in a barrel. With a shotgun.
I know it’s against the rules to tease the animals in a zoo … but I wonder if Mr. Hump would tell us whether this was sincere or hyperbolic.
And now you’re back to form.
Dude, I know you started this thread. And I know you claim that there are just so many you can’t possibly choose. And yet most of your contributions here have not been examples of anything remotely on the same scale as the examples over in the SRIOTD thread. Some of them have not even been “liberal”, let alone “stupid”.
But keep fucking that chicken!
Really, I’d say that this thread might have died altogether if not for the efforts of the liberals on this board and our talking amongst ourselves. Bet there are more “liberal” posts than “conservative” ones in this thread.
It’s Clothy. It’s sincere. Stupid, but sincere. One thing you really can’t call Clothy is “troll”. He really does actually believe every single thing he posts here.
I don’t think my state has five-term representatives since term limits came in, but I suppose if we did, people would tell them to, “Get a job,” as well.
I don’t think that’s fair, entirely.
“Ahh, Central, this is One Adam Nine, we got a man here lying on the sidewalk moaning, with a boot print on his butt and a hacky-sack rammed up his ass. Advise…”
Umm, Senate rules allow you to change the Senate rules by a majority vote. This is exactly what Harry Reid did.
Look, if you won’t let people inaccurately paraphrase and insert misleading innuendo into a speech, you’re going to end up with an idea that makes sense.
Stop being reasonable!
I agree. It’s well known that facts have a strong liberal bias. Commentators who prevaricate less than 50% of the time can hardly be called “impartial.”
Never as good as the real thing, eh?
Too bad you don’t realize you read like a Southpark caricature. Man, your parents really dropped the ball.
I don’t think it was a ball they dropped…
Yeah, damn those 40-hour work weeks, paid vacations, sick leave, safe workplaces, minimum wage, clean air and water, public education, no child labor, safe food and medicine, civil rights, Social Security, Medicare…
What a bunch of stupid liberal ideas. The country was a better place before all of those.
I bet somehow Clothy thinks these are conservative ideas, in his little FOX News world.
Nah, I’ll let you guys do that. You do it so well, because you’ve had so much practice.
And while we’re at it,how about super-compassionate liberal editor Erin Ryan’s comments on Paul Walker’s death? There’s some liberal lovin’ for ya.
