Has Fox News criticized Obama’s singing voice yet?
Pat Boone (yes, he’s still alive) wants Obama to shut up about race.
There’s a cream for that.
I nominate whoever told Bobby Jindal this was a good idea for “Stupid Republican of the Week.”
Keep family moments like this private, dude. Don’t leak the video so we can see you’re the type of family guy who refers to you and your wife as “Mommy and Daddy” to you’re teenaged and pre-teen children. And who pranks their kids like this anyway? Talk about breech of trust.
What a dweeb.
There’s porn of it, too. So, you know, either way you like is fine.
A common talking point amongst RW’ers, and it just makes me want to smack people upside the head: the false equivalence between black people shooting other black people in garden-variety crime, and white policemen shooting unarmed black citizens.
Very true, although I wouldn’t call black gang violence/murder “garden-variety crimes” which account for much of the black crime in urban areas.
People don’t talk much about white on white crime either. Racists.
But ironically enough, black gang violence is firmly rooted in white-on-black racism to begin with - as the gangs first formed to protect black neighbourhoods from overtly racist police brutality and white guys coming into the 'hood to thump a negro or two after the bars closed, waaay back in the 40s. From there to the Black Panthers & the US Organization, which were actively manipulated by the FBI into fighting each other the better to crack down upon them (as well as the CIA pouring crack into the ghetto like it was cool back then, to finance foreign adventures & arms shipments against Them Commies), to what we have now, which is people getting capped over drugs and bullshit and nobody really remembering why - but it doesn’t really matter because the violence’s mostly feeding and breeding on itself at this point. Very IRA/Palestine.
I strongly suggest anyone interested in the subject to watch Cle Sloane’s documentary Bastards of the Party. He’s a Blood himself, so his sources sometimes come from interesting places ;).
Beyond the actual gangs, there’s the simple fact that black-on-black crime is simply poor-on-poor crime - of course the poor turn to crime (and drugs), and of course when they do they prey on those who are closest to them. It’s the same everywhere - it’s just that it so happens that a majority of black people are economically disadvantaged in America for positively unfathomable reasons I’m sure - and the Justice system being overly biased against them destroys that community further. Kids growing up without a father, families struggling on etc…
It’s not an outrage, it’s a fucking tragedy you race-baiting motherfuckers ! And for the right-wingers to equate that with the complete inversion of social rules that’s causing the actual outrage (that is to say, cops seemingly preying on the people they’re meant to fucking protect, from themselves if need be) means they’re either too dumb to comprehend the world they live in and should then shut their faceholes ; or are disingenuous in the extreme in which case fuck 'em straight in the butts.
I can see setting up the camera (although the placement was stupid). But didn’t he look at the video first? If he didn’t get a genuine memorable moment from the kiddies, he should’ve shit-canned the tape and never spoken of it again, instead of putting it up for the world to see.
Also, right wingnuts are factually wrong when they say Obama never talks about black on black crime.
Pat “Spawn Of Satan” Boone can lick my nutsack.
(He can also suck his own dick- that’s a true story.)
Pics, or it didn’t happen. Gonna believe it anyway, but it didn’t happen.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if an interviewer asked him if it was true that he could suck his own dick?
Seriously? You actually want to see that? What, do you keep a 55 gallon drum of brain bleach in the basement? Even that would not be enough, you cannot ever unsee some things.
It wasn’t a request, it was a hope.
So the hope is that, if true, he’d never leave the house, right?
I think it would be a lot harder to find a Republican idea of late this isn’t stupid.
Senator James “snowball” Inhofe says that he has a lot of friends in the gay community who think the SCOTUS marriage decision was bad.
