Trump suggested barring all Muslims from entering the United States “until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on,” which given the august legislative’s body typical celerity, essentially amounts to forever, what with the “great hatred towards Americans by large segments of the Muslim population.”
Horn disagreed, saying that “there are some issues that transcend politics. While my position (as party chairwoman) is certainly political, I am an American first. There should never be a day in the United States of America when people are excluded based solely on their race or religion. It is un-Republican. It is unconstitutional. And it is un-American.”
But state Representative Al Baldasaro disagreed, saying that what Trump’s proposing “is no different than the situation during World War II, when we put the Japanese in camps,” which for people not in Trump’s thrall, is considered one of the most shameful moments in American history.

Fox News commentators give up beating around the bush, just start cursing at Obama on live TV;
During a December 7 appearance on Fox Business, Fox News strategic analyst Ralph Peters said of President Obama after his Oval Office address last night: “I mean this guy is such a total pussy, it’s stunning.”
While co-hosting Outnumbered, contributor Stacey Dash reacted to Obama’s remarks by stating: “I felt like he could give a shit – excuse me, like he could care less.”
Fox, of course, immediately did the right thing, and suspended them with pay for two weeks .

Rick Santorum is still pretending like he’s running for Presiden t. At a gathering of Iowa Catholics, he said:

However, Santorum said, “I am not a believer” in the global climate crisis. He suggested the climate change issue represents “the desire of the left to gain more power and control over what we do.”
“If you have a concealed carry permit, if you have been trained to use a gun and can use it proficiently, I think you have an obligation these days to carry a gun,”
Santorum responded that the fact is that more women are attending college than men and have higher graduation rates than men.
“If there is a huge problem in America today, it is that we are losing a generation of young men,” he said.

I congratulate you on maintaining a level of superciliary elasticity that permits you to accomplish this without injury. If I were calibrating the implausibility of Der Donald’s assertions by eyebrow-raising, my eyebrows would have migrated all the way up over my scalp and down the back of my neck by now.

Well yeah, they are going in good sized numbers. I have no idea of how many from the US but several hundred have gone from the UK and about half have returned. Here’s a recent BBC summary:
