Did he give us any hints as to how he was going to know who voted for Clinton? The good news would be that he doesn’t actually know, and can’t. That bad news…the really bad news!..would be if he does know.

The federal workforce is something like 20% black. Negroes, who work for the hated gubmint? They aren’t Newt Gingrich voters, that’s for sure. So he’ll purge the blacks, because they would vote against him, and it’s “political” and not “racist.” But people don’t vote for Newt Gingrich because he’d fire them for doing their jobs, and also he’s apparently some kind of a political racist.
So really, it’s “I’m going to fire them because they’d oppose me getting into a position to fire them, and they’re right because I would fire them anyway.” But the real primary reason?
Maybe because Newt’s white tax dollars paying a black lady’s civil servant salary sticks in his Neo-Confederate craw.
Or maybe because he’s a dangerous nut who wants to wreck the government and undo the New Deal for weird corrupt reasons.
Or maybe he just really believes in a radical version of state “efficiency.” He was a northern Republican originally.
But it could be all of the above. Political racism, and even an endorsement of genocide, keeps popping up in the GOP, going back to the deliberate genocide in the Indian Wars, through the pro-Nazi America First bunch in the 1930’s, through more recent eliminationists.
And even many Trump voters who consider themselves “not* that* racist” are aware of the stereotype and what they are voting for. Trump is embraced because he superficially fits an idealized idea of kyriarchy: The man in charge, the patriarch, his blonde family living the American Dream.
But then we get stuck with his nasty little crook friends, like Newt.
Shouldn’t Newt be dead by now?
And could he take Kissinger with him down to Hell?

She should be treated with alternative courtesy.
