Stupid Republican idea of the day

Strange that villains often do not see themselves as being evil.

It’s an old concept - everyone thinks they’re the good guys.

It’s tough to tell with chuckleheads like those, but: does this guy

…belive that McCain was procreatin’ on a daily basis, or what?

Above average.

Senator Richard Burr says the reports of Susan Rice unmasking were invented by Devin Nunes.

This quote caught my eye:

Scaramucci [Wall Street financier turned White House official] called Spicer a “true American patriot” and said he hoped Spicer “goes on to make a tremendous amount of money”.

No need to hide it anymore — for the GOP, the very definition of Patriotismis striving to make a lot of money. Since Spicer’s only hope for big wealth is to use his connection to the Big T corruptly, this tells us a lot.

I was hoping she was hit out of the park.

Texas Congressman Blake Farenthold blames the failure of the Senate to pass health care takeaway on the female Senators, and calls it “repugnant”. He also said “If it was a guy from south Texas, I might ask him to step outside and settle this Aaron Burr-style.”

I guess no male Senators refused to back it, huh?

Jason Chaffetz, in his new role as a Fox bloviator, says that every time the Democrats call for an investigation of Orange Junior and Jared the Kush, the Republicans should drag Chelsea Clinton in to question her about Benghazi.

Perhaps they should question Amy Carter on passing nuclear secrets…

They ask one of yours about Russia, you ask one of theirs about Benghazi. They send one of yours to closed door meeting not under oath, you send one of theirs Senate hearing on live TV! It’s the Trumpian way.

First I read that, my mental censor replaced “Chelsea” with “Hillary”. So, my first reaction of “Well, that’s just dumb” was wrong, the correct reaction is “Batshit fuckin’ crazy!”.

But Jason is the new clod on the block, he has to get hot in a hurry to compete with all the other Fox News wannabes. Plus, he lacks the whole bimbo factor, so he’s already at a disadvantage. He’s at the “For the love of God, look at me! Me!” stage. He either gets his own time on the schedule, or he fades away.

Farenthold would characterize those Senators as Girly-Men, no doubt.

You’ve hit on it, no doubt; little Jason will be cudgeling his brains to think of the most obnoxious suggestions and theories anyone on Fox News has ever, ever spoken.

What a knob.

It would be awesome if he only lasts a short time and that would serve him right. What a tool. He only ran for re-election because he thought he was going to get to harass Hillary for eight years and quit when that didn’t happen. What a fine example of a public servant. And by that I mean asshole.

I can’t absolutely swear that this is a picture of Farenthold.

Possibly not safe for work:

It’s the new alt-right way: “Democracy sucks - we should decide things by shooting people we disagree with.”

Susan Collins (R-Maine) was caught on a hot mic talking with Jack Reed (D-R.I.) about Farenthold.

Is that Mrs. Hutt?

It would definitely take guts to engage in a gun duel when you’re such an easy target.

It’s easy. To make things fair, you make the little guy stand twice as far from you as you are from him.
That makes both targets the same apparent size.
