Stupid Republican idea of the day

I live in Tennessee as well. Those commercials are truly vomit-inducing!

I love how they are all talking about shutting down sanctuary cities and stopping M13. Yep, that’s what we need in a governor in Tennessee. Their supporters are truly idiots.

Eleven members of Congress have introduced impeachment articles against Rod Rosenstein.

Kentucky felt like you until the Bowling Green Massacre.

“This is becoming more and more like a Soviet type of economy here: Commissars deciding who’s going to be granted waivers, commissars in the administration figuring out how they’re going to sprinkle around benefits,” said Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.). “I’m very exasperated. This is serious.”

Was it Kentucky or was it Ohio? I could have sworn that BGSU was somehow connected to it.

He’s exasperated.

So - fucking - what?

The first person who says “n***ers suck” on live TV wins!

Speaking of Republitard racism…

Check out this Vox article on Steve King, who is about as proudly and openly racist a member of congress as you’ll find these days. The party has essentially normalized him:

Paul Ryan, the biggest pussy of a House Speaker in the history of the position, offers his usual “I don’t agree with that” response.

I won’t be surprised when finally, a Republican offers to propose Jim Crow laws again.

This is not “of the day,” but it’s a statementby stupid Republican Mike Pence before he was V-P wherein he listed the qualities of a good President.

And how does your pantsonhead-wearing leader measure up, you disgusting, hypocritical Loser?

It’s just the Freedom Circus. No one pays them any attention (except Fox News). And the measure won’t get voted on, and Congress goes on recess until September, so nothing will come from it.

But the trump base is cheering like their team won the Super Bowl. Stupid chumps.

Jim Jordan is running for Speaker of the House.
Continuing the fine tradition of Republican Speakers’ association with pedophilia.

One of Betsy DeVos’s family’s ***ten ***yachts was set loose from its moorings in Ohio, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
Ten. They have ten yachts. The yacht is worth $40 million. And it’s registered in the Cayman Islands.

How is this a Stupid Republican idea?

How is it not?

Yachts don’t belong in Ohio.

Was it a Republican idea to set the yacht loose?

Well, that’s a valid point.

It was a Republican idea to have ten yachts, to pay $49 million for one of them, and to register it in the Cayman Islands.

Not necessarily ‘nothing.’ If Trump gets desperate enough he can use it as an excuse to fire Rosenstein and install in his place someone who will shut down the Mueller probe.

“I had to fire him–Congress had voted to impeach him! So he had to go! Sad!”

The counter-factual-in-the-extreme basis of that “excuse” would bother Trump not at all.

Seems pretty smart to me.
