Still curious to know what the camera operator was thinking.
I’m guessing someone recorded this by pointing their phone at their TV screen, and that person panned over to the ‘white power’ guy. The original shot is probably static.
It looks to me like someone is filming the TV with their phone. The actual TV camera is still on the main guy. The viewer replayed the clip, filmed it with their phone, and zoomed in to the guy. That’s why the quality is poor and the pan/zoom is shaky.
