The IP address the edit was made from belongs to the US House of Representatives.

I don’t get that whole thing. The original picture seems to have been posted without comment by some president of the Pro-Life People’s Judea Front or some shit, and Schlapp reTweeted it with that caption. But uh … I don’t get it. “Hey conservatives, here’s a picture of some black congress-people. Get mad.” Is it that simple?
