The importance of 91 days is huge, though: if you’re suspended more than 90, you have to be re-admitted to the bar (a new background check, which is a huge pain in the ass, since they go through your history with a fine toothed comb). Of course, the article reports that he’s also been given a concurrent 1 year suspension, so he probably needs to find a new line of work anyway.
