I thought he was talking about himself because he has admitted the fact that is obvious to us all, that he’s Really Not All That Bright.
You’d better be glad the rope is imaginary.
My first thought was that Twitter did have a breach, where 250,000 account logins were leaked, and surely these tweets were made by a prankster. I mean, there’s no way a former state political party exec would make such statements. So I took a moment to look into it, and… yeah, the guy is a prick. His Twitter account is chock full of gems like that. Another example: “It hasn’t been this dark in the Superdome since all those poors occupied it after Hurricane Katrina.” He claims he is engaging in satire. He even went on The Huffington Post to defend himself, and just dug himself in deeper. Wow. This guy made it to the state executive of a major political party. That’s just… wow.
Yeah, right. Like they’d be coming for me before they’d already hanged you!
They said you was hung!
Brilliant, Todd Kincannon “I’m not a racist, I’m a troll!”
CMC
Wow, thanks very much. I often get angry refusals when I make this simple request, so I appreciate it when someone gets it.
Sure wish we had more people like you and not as many assholes like Todd Kincannon in the world.
Maybe, but I wasn’t worrying about him hurting his own feelings. I was objecting to using other people to represent an insult. Kind of like if you were to say, for instance, “he Jewed me down” to mean negotiating over money would be demeaning to Jews.
The wind in Oklahoma is blowing down the plains - right through the heads of our fine legislators. See www.thelostogle.com for 5 Feb.
"We’ve obtained through the Ogle Mole Network a letter sent by State Representative John Bennett (R - Sallisaw) to fellow lawmakers in hopes of forming a “Counterterrorism Caucus” in the Oklahoma legislature. The goal of the caucus would be to help educate and inform Oklahomans about the growing Muslim threat, and prevent the Muslim Brotherhood from “establishing world-wide rule” and “imposing Shariah law.”
Some additional highlights:
[ You may already know that the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) is an international terrorist organization … MB has a large, well-funded organization active here in the United States and has a number of front organizations operating here in Oklahoma.
….we are working on getting Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann to come to Oklahoma during the upcoming legislative session.
…The next step we need to take is to set up a Counterterrorism (CT) Caucus in the state legislature.]
Derplahomans at work. The comments are good - unlike many online blogs where the crazies who have stuck CAPS LOCK keys and skipped punctuation class hang out.
Nice fine.
The Muslims are the new Jews and Catholics and atheists.
Sick. Racist. Homophobic. It’s good-ol-boy buulll-fucking shit like this clown that makes me proud to know that I have never given a single republican a single vote.
Tennessee Republican compares homosexuality to ‘shooting heroin’
*"Near the end of the interview, Campfield was asked why schools shouldn’t teach young homosexual students how to protect themselves from HIV.
“‘You know, you could say the same thing about kids who are shooting heroin,’ he replied. ‘We need to show them the best ways to shoot up. No, we don’t. Why do we have to hypersexualize little children? Why can’t we just let little kids be little kids for a while?’”*
Insulin is a gateway drug!
The bill he’s defending prohibits any sex ed that discusses non-natural reproduction, so all the straight kids aren’t going to be taught anything either.
I wonder if they’ll count abstinence as “inconsistent with natural human reproduction”, and not teach that either?
No thank you necessary. It’s a bad habit and I appreciate any help with curing it.
So Kincannon’s stance is that conservatives are racists and social media won’t allow them to be as racist as they want to be? So send me money? Nice work, if you can get it-- and stomach it.
P.S., I think you meant to quote my other post. But I know what you meant.
Has anyone noticed that Conservatives cannot differentiate “Freedom of Speech” from “Freedom of criticism of my bigoted, nasty hate speech”? Of course excluding death threats, but it is bizarre that they are the biggest cry babies about blowback from saying some of the most vile strings of words possible in the English language, you would think if they were man enough to celebrate the death of a child for doing nothing wrong that the people who voice their disagreement with those comments would slide right off his rugged individualist conservative back?
Yes, constantly. It’s the sure sign of an indefensible position when they start trotting out the old “they want to take away freedom of speech!” bleating. Of course they are only being criticized for their bullshit, and nobody is trying to make laws or whatever to prevent them spouting their verbal santorum.
It is consistent with the conservative belief that anything that is constitutionally protected (speech, religion, guns, etc.) should not be subject to any negative extra-governmental consequences. They hate being reminded that no freedom is absolute, and always entails responsibility and accountability.
Idaho lawmaker’s bill forces students to pass ‘Atlas Shrugged’ test to graduate
“The chairman of the Idaho Senate’s Education Committee says that he introduced a bill to require all students to read Ayn Rand’s ‘Atlas Shrugged’ because the book ‘made my son a Republican.’”
State Sen. John Goedde (R) introduced the bill in committee on Tuesday to mandate that each student pass a test on the novel before they are able to graduate from high school, according to The Spokesman-Review."
Of course he denies that he would actually follow through with it … it’s all just an exercise in Gotchaism. But can I have a show of hands of how many here believe him?
::crickets::
Yeah, me neither.
