To be fair, we got that pronunciation from Jimmy Carter as well. Carter, by the way, had been an officer in Adm. Rickover’s nuclear program for the USN and had been slated to become the USS Seawolf’s first engineering officer.
Carter had an odd pronunciation of that word, but it wasn’t “nucular”. It was more like he dropped the ‘l’, “nuc-e-ar”.

Prisons are already being privatized. I’m surprised executions haven’t been already with these private prisons concocting their own cost-saving methods.
“Gin” is an anagram for “-ing”, so if a person is dropping their "g"s, I could see how that might make an 'in drinker a little uncomfortable.
