Makes a run for it here. Cuts interview short.
I thought you could stand touching noses for a week at a time and never see eye to eye.
We Minnesotans have a joke relevant to this topic:
Q: What would happen if you carved out the southern third of Minnesota and merged it with Iowa?
A: You’d raise the average IQ of both states.
Iowan ran to the border with Minnesota, and threw a dynamite bomb. A Minnesotan found it, lit it, and threw it back.
That’s wrong. The Minnesotan found it, pulled the pin, and threw it back.

The GOP disavowed the comments. More or less. They didn’t actually pressure him to resign his post, or anything.
They probably don’t have a whole lot of people lining up to be the vice chairman of the Kansas Republican 3rd Congressional District Committee.
But I fear it may the summit of ambition for many. As Rebecca Schoenkopf at Wonkette notes:
Some smalltime GOP loser in Kansas — but we repeat ourselves — is super sorry he twitted that tweet about “offending” Muslims “with a .45.”
