Even Adolph Hitler thought it more important than Obama to get to Paris.
‘Obama wasn’t support of enough of France’.
I’m sure they are even more thrilled by this criticism of Obama.
Maybe Obama didn’t want to rub shoulders with some of the other world leaders attending who regularly suppress freedom of expression in their own countries while hypocritically condemning the Charlie attack.
I know that people talked differently back then, but I cannot help but imagine Scrooge was fucking the ghosts

Yes, but the Ghost of Christmas yet to come.

It brings a whle new meaning to “Come and know me better.”

Yes, but the Ghost of Christmas yet to come.
That’s why he was so quiet.

Glenn Beck: “It’s Obama’s fault that that bridal store in Ohio had to close.”
That fucking nutcake still has a job? Beck, not Obama, wiseguys.

In a New Year’s Eve Facebook post, Michigan RNC Committeeman Dave Agema republished an essay from American Renaissance, a white-supremacist newsletter. The article, which Agema said he found “very enlightening,” argued that “blacks are different by almost any measure to all other people. They cannot reason as well. They cannot communicate as well. They cannot control their impulses as well. They are a threat to all who cross their paths, black and non-black alike.”

Bryan Fischer accuses Obama of saying that the journalists at Charlie Hebdo got what was coming to them. Right after Bryan Fischer said that the journalists at Charlie Hebdo got what was coming to them.

This phrasing by the nutjob particularly tickles me:
These Republican governors, by their own actions, are telling impressionable boys and girls “you can aspire to have a same-sex marriage for yourselves.”
It’s the “aspire” that gets me.

Well if you go on the theory that most of the more wild-eyed opponents of gay marriage are so deep in the closet they don’t even know they are gay, it makes a kind of sense. Kind of.

I call bullshit on the use of disbelief quotes. He’s a Christian nutbag, not a “Christian” nutbag. There’s a reason No True Scotsman is a fallacy.

Hm. Not the first time.
Agema has a well-documented history of making inflammatory statements. He argued that President Obama is really a Muslim. He praised Vladimir Putin for Russia’s brutal stance on homosexuality. He blamed Satan for dividing the Republican Party. He even shared what he called an “eye opening” essay on Facebook that posed the question: “Have you ever seen a Muslim do anything that contributes positively to the American way of life?”
Is this one kind of stupid? Republicans in the House pass a law that would regulate government regulation out of existence.
Hardly. This bill is needed to introduce accountability to the regulatory process. Congress, even under the control of Democrats, never intended for the bureaucrats that no elected official has even heard of to write regulations that cost the economy billions of dollars.

There are worse things than costing the economy billions of dollars. Unfortunately, conservatives gladly trade the health of our families and workers for a few dollars.

… regulations that cost the economy billions of dollars.
What does this even mean? Why the fuck would I care how much money “the economy” makes?
Senator Ron Johnson: Single mothers should find a man to marry to support them.
He should know, since his personal fortune comes from marrying a rich woman with a daddy who was willing to finance him throughout his entire married life.

There would be far fewer regulations needed if people weren’t such fucking assholes.

The government could still pass regulations, they’d just have to take more responsibility for them. I think we should all be able to agree that hugely expensive regulations shouldn’t just appear out of the bowels of the bureaucracy without any input from elected officials.
