Scott Walker’s budget includes $250,000 to study the health dangers attributed to wind energy.
Well, the first rule is, you should never hold it in . . .
Not that you need to be told, Governor . . .
Imagine the parade . . .
No.
“And here comes the Party-Rape float, June, sponsored this year by the Panhellenic Association of Sam Houston Institute of Technology! They’ve really placed those giant rohypnol bottles to comical effect . . .”
Correction: My chief criticism of conservatives is that they’re stupid. But I’m not really a liberal, only accused of such, so there ya go.
This kind of rhetoric reminds me of ventriloquists. They’ve got this “liberal” for a puppet, they put words into its mouth and make it do a certain dance, and then they berate it. Does anyone else think the GOP is becoming a parody of itself?
Aside from that he wants to take $300 million from the University of Wisconsin system and give it to the Milwaukee NBA franchise to build a new arena.
He also proposed rewording "Wisconsin Idea" (gutting it) which was originally a Republican proposal, but with a century of bipartisan support.
Yep, he’s ag’in the search for truth.
Most of the rest of us are more or less normal, T2B. Had any weird thought like that float through, we’d most likely consult a professional. Or go fishing.
Not hard to imagine. This is how most of the racist Republicans have operated for years.
I think we covered this muppet fairly recently in this thread

Yep, he’s ag’in the search for truth.
That is entirely understandable. These people have a book that has all the trvth they will ever need. And, anyway, science and philosophy do not concern themselves with “truth”, they are just after understanding the ways of stuff, which never seems to actually arrive anywhere specific, they just keep on exploring further and deeper. Or, as Rs would say, are an endless money pit.

Didn’t you see Clint Eastwood at the 2012 RNC? Who even needs a puppet?
A tempest in a teapot, that maybe should go over in SLIotD, but Bobby Jindal’s official portrait is profoundly wrong.
Look at that face: did the painter think he was depicting W?

I didn’t know the Potato Jesus artist was taking portrait commissions.
Can’t help it, every time I see him I think of the guy I get when i call tech support:
“Oh, my goodness gracious yes, my name is Chuck. How is it I can be helping you today?”

Vermont adopts a new Latin motto; conservatives react by bashing Latinos.
This comment is golden:

I know you all think this is funny, but I’m taking this Roman threat to our way of life very seriously. Soon we’ll have creeping Roman law, and they’ll demand their own courts. And stay out of their no-go zones. After the conquest, they’ll make us all worship Zeus, wear togas and replace football with chariot races.
Remember their philosophy…vini, vidi, vici.
Be afraid…be very afraid.

Good lord. It looks like somebody took one of those paper doll cutouts and pasted it onto a canvas.
Make me look whiter, damn it! Whiter! Ken Doll white! Ahh, that’s better.
