Has a kicker ever won MVP?
no
You know, they might actually try hitting the receiver right at the line, instead of letting him run free across the middle.
It could happen tonight, especially if the Saints win on another long FG at the end.
As I said.
Whose idea was it to single Reggie Wayne on 4th and 2?
Stover blows the kick.
Stover shows his age…
Hey, 51 yards isn’t a gimme. I don’t think that’s really a blown kick.
Question: Do they go for two if they get a TD?
I’m kinda surprised there hasn’t been more bumps of the WR at the line of scrimmage and more blitzing. I understand they are both high octane offenses, but this game, they’ve been more than content to throw underneath and neither defense has adjusted all that well.
Ohhh, is that REALLY incomplete???
I wonder that too.
Jeremy Shockey is one of my least favorite NFL players ever (I met him once; he was an asshole), so I hate having to root for him.
I think I’d challenge that 2-point conversion.
Who did that version of “Ain’t No Sunshine” on the Dante’s Inferno commercial?
might reviewed…that is close
Wow, that is going to be a close call. He’s got possession and it’s the defender that knocks it loose.
That looks like 2 points to me. But who knows with the crappy new catch rules.
I disagree with Simms. When the ball is across the plane of the goal line, in possession, it’s good.
Simms has no clue. “Second Act.” Not important at all. Now Simms is being told in his earbug that it’s the fact it’s the goal line that makes the difference!
The Saints are unlikely to need both challenges and they have 3 time outs. I think a challenge is worth it.
