What is your favorite animal and then list three adjectives to describe it. Cat: attractive, dignified, clean.
-
What is your second favorite animal and list three adjectives to describe it. Eel: cute, interesting, shy.
-
What is your least favorite animal? Three adjectives to describe this one as well. Fly: dirty, annoying, persistent.
-
What is your favorite color? List three adjectives to describe what it means to you. Don’t have one.
-
Three adjectives to describe the ocean. Rough, dangerous, exciting.
-
Imagine you are in an all white room. You are all alone, there are no doors or windows. List three adjectives to describe how you feel. Frightened, exposed, blinded.
RESULTS
- Not quite. More likely wishful thinking than reality.
- 2 out of 3 seem right, but I can’t objectively tell for certain. You tell me.
- 1 out of 3 fit the bill. So more a miss than a hit.
- I like this one very much actually. I enjoy thinking that “comfortable, elegant, bold” describes that.
- Bwahahaha! Spot on, although somewhat depressingly so. (“distant” indeed!)
- A pleasant image, not altogether off base but not quite accurate either. I’ll give it a 1.5/3.
Okay… how do I unlock the secret to the test? The “spoiler” thing is nothing but a big black box, which I know must have some trick to get into…??? I’ve seen it before, in other threads, but never knew you could get into it.
Thanks!
Psst, Creaky, click in the box and drag the mouse pointer over the box. This will highlight the text so you can read it.
Oh, and Squish, I love your answer to number 5.
My favorite color was blue, which I described as “deep, cold, and lonely.”
As for the white room, I thought I would feel “happy, relaxed, and dreaming.”
I’m not feeling too good now that I know how to interpret the test.
I wrote the answers out before checking the spoiler box, but here are both answers and interpretations at once.
Dog - loyal, funny, loving - pretty accurate as to how I see myself, I guess.
Horse - proud, beautiful, strong - hahaha! Not at all how I think people see me!
Pig - greedy, vicious, dirty - I guess those are among the characteristics I despise most, but I don’t see them in myself, e even deep-down (except perhaps the ‘dirty’ ;)).
Yellow - sunny, happy, bright - damn, I wish this was my outlook on life!
Ocean - cleansing, deep, dangerous (you ever been out on a boat in a storm? terrifying). So this is my view on sex. Huh. Actually pretty on the mark, now I think about it.
White room - enervated (trying to think of ways out and why I’m there, etc), anxious, relieved (because at least I’m alone in this white room, there’s no big bastard with a club in there with me). Freaky. Very true.
- not even close
- this couldn’t be MORE wrong
- perfect! Exactly what I dislike in others.
- Nope. My name is Miss Xanax for nothing.
- Two of the three, but salty?!?!
- Nope, pretty laid back on the subject.
It was fun, though!
1)Dogs. friendly, lovable, loyal
2) Cats . independant, cool, cute
3) Rats, vermin pests nasty
4) black slimming cool versatile
5) immense awsome beautiful
6) trapped incarcerated hungry
RESULTS:
hmm…I think no. 1 is right for me…I answered humans as “communicative, interactive, and intimate” - though I’m sure a lot of people would quibble about humans being animals and all.
-
cat - cute, cuddly, independent. sure why not?
-
piranha - vicious, cold-blooded, predatory. Definitely on the mark there. Don’t like those traits at all.
After that it kinda falls apart though…not really working - I mean, sex being salty? Whay am I, eating nachos off my SO’s stomach while we play around?
-
Cattle–big, placid, tasty
Funny, I never thought of myself as being placid… or tasty for that matter. -
Dogs–loving, loyal, playful
I’m flattered by what I wrote here.
Seriously, I think this is more like how I would like others to see me. Hopefully some do. -
Wasps–small, hidden and painful
Well, I hate people who take advantage of others; maybe there is a parallel. -
Green–leafy, cool and calm
OK, I can live with this. -
Big, blue and deep
Mmm, blue sex.
I don’t know if an ocean is a good analogy. I think of sex as being more like a river, ,something that changes over time and place (as corny as that may sound.) -
Anxious, bored, nervous
Like a green life, no epiphanies here but I guess the analogy is accurate.
Everything pretty much matches up except for 5 and 6.
-
I adore sex. Funny, intense, messy, smelly, sloppy, mind-boggling, ecstatic and fun (even on Sunday
). The ocean, frankly, leaves me totally unimpressed (and my sis lives in San Diego, so I’ve been to the ocean far more times than necessary).
-
Having attempted suicide (and I mean seriously attempted, no pathetic “cries for attention”) five times–and nearly succeeded on a few–this is not how I feel about death at all. I’m actually pretty indifferent to death, since I’ve made arrangements for my cats to be taken care of if anything happens to me.
-
Pretty accurate, although more how I would LIKE to be rather than how I am.
-
This is really accurate.
-
Also very accurate, although, really, I just hate the things 'cause they suck my blood…
-
That was my take on life at time I wrote this, although it changes daily. But this was also really accurate.
-
Really accurate too.
-
This isn’t my outlook on death. I’m not that peaceful about it. Also, white means life and brightness to me…not death. Black means death more to me.
All in all, I would have to say that you were really, really accurate. Out of 6 questions, you got 4 right and one mostly right…That’s a 4.5 out of 6. Good for you!
Ack! Didn’t mean to ignore you; I just missed this. Yup, my sis sez, “Let’s go see the ocean,” and I sez, “Why? It’s still there, it still stinks, it’s still big.”
This, however, is definitely not my response to sex.
-
I don’t see myself as big, but strong kinda fits. I do have brown hair.
-
I hope people see me as lovable and playful, but hairy I can really pass on.
-
I can see where I don’t like those qualities in other people, but I don’t think they really apply to me. Except maybe dangerous.
-
Yeah, I tend to be an optimist. I am the fly by the seat of my pants type, fun has a tendency to come first in my life.
-
This one really hit the nail on the head. I’m a lesbian. 'Nuf said.
-
Death does make me anxious, but my main worry is that whatever is on the other side, (if there is one) is that it’s going to be boring.
I shall only post my answer to number 2, which I swear blind I came up with off the top of my head, without reading the spoiler box at all.
- Hippo. Violent, fat and smelly. I admire hippos because they’ll bite your bastard boat in half if you try to mess with them. They get to wallow around in water and eat all the time, and they have little beaky birdy friends who scratch them behind the ears and pick flies off them. That, folks, is The Life. After being a cat of course, which would be my number one answer.
I can think of one person who thinks of me as violent, fat and smelly, in the best possible way, of course.
I’ve heard the test a bit differently regarding #5 and #6. That is:
#5. Three adjectives to describe water.
#6. Three adjectives to describe a white room.
It’s less restrictive and seems to get better answers.
BTW When I was given the test, for #5 I answered wet, rolling and exhausting. #6 I answered clean, bright and eternal.
I haven’t read the results yet… here are my answers…
- puppy: cute, cuddly, obediant
- kitty: quiet, complacent, soft
- snake: cold, scaley, suspicious
- green: vibrant, lively, youthful
- wet, tranquil, alive
- trapped enclosed, looney
C’mon, sex is salty!!! Haven’t you ever licked your lover and tasted his sweat???
-
squirrel: small, hyper, acrobatic
Two for three, I can be clumsy. -
dog: loyal, furry, friendly
They might see me as loyal, but most people would not think friendly(at least not at first,)
and furry? I know my hair is eye-catching, but it’s not densely covering my body -
flies: noisy, irritating, invasive
Hits the nail on the head. I hate these characteristics in people too. -
green: lively, lovely, simple
Not hardly! I’m a cynic, so wouldn’t getting the adj from my least favorite color been more accurate? -
overwhelming, salty, wet
Sure, why not? -
lonely, mad, boxed-in
Sounds pretty accurate. Lovely unintended pun on the last one
I remember taking this test in high school. I freaked out the people asking by giving almost the exact same answers for #4,5 and 6. (relaxed and content, for the most part. So I’m a calm guy, what’s the big deal?)
