You didn’t send me any chocolate like you promised when we made the deal. So, I felt the need to share… 
Dang, I hit submit before I planned to.
We were going to go out on the boat yesterday, but we didn’t end up going. We spent too much time dinking around in the morning and then ran to the store to pick up some more fishing stuff and by the time we got back we figured it would be too late.
Of course, it rained today so that quashed any boat plans.
I’ve been a good girl and having been working out on the ol’ treadmill. I’ve been increasing my distance and speed everyday.
rigs, I hope your nobe id feeding bebber now.
I have nothing exciting planned for today. I need to get my sweaty self all cleaned up so I can go to the grocery store. That’s about the extent of today’s plans.
We just took a walk to check out the damage to the trees in our back yard - several broke off - I’m assuming because of wind. We’re gonna get a nice bit of firewood from those branches and such.
Last load for today is in the dryer. In a few minutes, I’m going to get the london broil ready for the rotisserie and I’m going to chop some onions and taters (N.O.T.) and pull something green out of the freezer - probably broccoli. We’ve got peach cobbler for dessert.
Mostly, it’s been a wasted day. After we eat, I have to get ready for work tomorrow. big whoop.
Ya know, I think all you MMPers need to get together and build a fund that will allow me to live a life of leisure. Out of spontaneous love of me, of course. Because I deserve a life of leisure. And because I’m nice, dammit! I don’t need much - an annuity of $125K would do nicely. Plus the occasional love offering of chocolates. Is that too much to ask? No, I don’t think so.
I’ll just be over here out of the way while you work out the details.
Kinda quiet in this here MMP today, isn’t it? Must be cuz we’ve been working out FCM’s secret chocolate gift & annuity package. (Did I say that out loud? Ooooops. There goes the secret.)
I’m in the midst of putting all my DVDs and CDs in different storage. I’ve become storage-obsessed lately. I’m starting to picture how I want to furnish this place eventually. Lots of cupboardy sideboard stuff in the dining room would be good. Everywhere I look, I see wasted storage space. I’m really tired of having open shelves that have to be dusted. And stuff that has an inconvenient home. We’ll see how soon this all comes to pass.
Thinking about whether to watch the Oscars while doing other stuff or just watch a movie and do other stuff. Also have to make some more progress on the book club book. So many decisions!
Had some salmon with pasta and asparagus for dinner. Yum.
Guess I ought to figure out what else needs to be done before beddie bye. How can it already be Sunday night???

Ok, my weekend by swampbear
Saturday, we took the blazer and twuck for oil changes. One of the good things about having a boyfriend around is that he’s handy for things like that, since we could each drive a vehicle to the oil change place. And yes, I do know how to do an oil change but I make enough money to pay somebody to do it, so I do. Then we went to the cell phone place to look at cell phones cause I wanted a new cell phone. I bought a cute little flip phone. The numbers light up blue when I open it. It does not take pictures or any of that there fancy stuff. It rings when I have a phone call and rings other people when I want to call them. That is all any phone should ever do, thankyouverymuch. Ok, I can do text messages and such, but that’s a pain, so that won’t ever happen. Then we went to the good Chinese place for lunch, where we met a friend who we had invited to have lunch with us. Then I went to the grocery store and came home. ACBG went to my house after lunch cause, as he said, I got a vehicle to drive and I don’t need no stinkin’ grocery store. He was napping when I got home. So, I put the groceries away and napped too. Then I started preparing today’s lunch. We had company for lunch. I made a nice pork roast, which I didn’t eat cause I gave up meat for Lent, cabbage casserole, company smashed taters (N.O.T.), steamed baby carrots, a wonderful marinated salad of onions, bell peppers and cucumbers in Eyetalian dressing, rolls (I cheated, they were frozen), and serve a delicious homemade caramel cake which I didn’t make since I don’t do cakes but know someone who does and is glad to part with a delicious homemade caramel cake for money. After everybody left, I cleaned up the kitchen. ACBG went to his house to do laundry and stuff and I’ve been lazing around. Ima go lie in the bed and watch tv shortly cause I’m tired.
