That’s wonderful! Whenever I encounter parents actually parenting, I thank them.
I just open my mouth (a little, not like I’m trying to swallow the seat in front of mine) and breathe deep - not only deep in, but deep out.

You can practice on the ground if you like: open your mouth and slowly start to provoke a yawn. If you hear a sort of greasy clicking noise, it’s working.
