Since our morning posters are missing: it’s currently 52° & going to be 77° & sunny in Hotlanta today (yeah, it’s not the right city, but it’s in the state) & in Leonardtown, MD, it’s currently 51°, going up to 60°, with showers likely. There’s also a high probability that there’s some dog yippin’ & yappin’.
Now our mumpers can go about their day after receiving their normal morning update. 
I wish I could say I slept in, but mainly I was still in bed at 6:30. **FCD **had a noisy night - every time he shifted position, I’d hear “Ow ow ow!” So I’m in semi zombie mode.
**doggio **- good thought about the saran - I hadn’t considered that. When the patient wakes up and decides he’s ready to shower, we’ll see if it works.
I just looked at the stupid extended forecast. They’re showing way too many night lows in the 30s!! Granted it’s upper 30s, but still!! I am not amused. Plus we have to keep the windows closed. Dammit.
Apart from figuring out how **FCD **can shower, the only other thing I *have *to do today is empty the dishwasher. I should have done it yesterday, but I didn’t. So today it is. We may get rain this afternoon, so I don’t know if I’ll try any outdoor activities. Maybe I’ll attempt some mulching.

I woke up too early and tried to go back to sleep. I finally gave up.
It’s a sunny 45 degrees here in the armpit, a high of 66 is predicted.
It was supposed to rain but now the forecast says only a 5% chance.
That’s good, I can move more stuff.

So the Hawks game lasted until 0230, and Gordie had his boxer inspired freakout at 0745. But I’m off today, so there’s that. I’m gonna get some dog food at the feed store, then go and get new glasses this afternoon.
There’s also a Siamese making a nuisance of herself and much morning blurfage in Sacramento. A normal enough morning so far.

I’m irking somewhere else today for some meetings today & tomorrow. This is the building I’m looking at from the conf room I’m sitting in. Not as old as the 900+ yo cathedral / castle from last week but more important, especially to the USAians.

I don’t get the hate for Comic Sans - I happen to like that font. It’s readable without being fussy. What’s not to like??
