The Back Peddlin' Begins: Oh Lindsay Lohan

Previously on the intarweb: Lindsay Lohan admited to being bulimic and using drugs. Today I was shocked, SHOCKED to hear that she is denying that story:

Lindsay Lohan is “appalled” by the Vanity Fair article released last week in which she confessed to dabbling in drugs and battling bulimia…

…*n a statement released Tuesday to Teen People magazine, Lohan denied having bulimia and said, “The words that I gave to the writer for Vanity Fair were misused and misconstrued, and I’m appalled with the way it was done.”

Appalled! However,

An editor for Teen People said Lohan’s denial was regarding Vanity Fair’s reporting of her alleged bulimia, not drug use.

O rly?

Let me get this straight: she’ll admit to the drugs, but not to the eating disorder. Do us all a favor, hun: fire your publicist and seek help. Eating disorder > drugs in terms of public relations and a return to creditablilty.

Previously, I assumed that she lost all that weight dangerously quickly through reasonable and healthy methods. And that all those pictures of her drunk and high-looking were just photoshopped.

Now I don’t know what to think.

Depends on the demographic. Drugs may not be a big deal to the fans she is trying to court.
