I don’t drink very often. Still, I have some favorites. F’rinstance, I like grasshoppers. Chocolate and mint together are pretty cool. I don’t however, have a perfectly clear idea what ingredients or preparation methods make for a perfect grasshopper.
My question is, how does one make the best possible grasshopper? Once we have the definitive grasshopper nailed down, we can branch out to define the best way/ingredients to prepare other fine mixed drinks.

The method for making the perfect grasshopper is a secret closely guarded by the Shaolin monks. If you are willing to undergo the rigorous mental and physical training, you might one day be privy to this ancient recipe. Or, you could just go and beat the answer out of David Carradine.
It’s my understanding that if you take live ones and fry them with some brown sugar, they’re quite tasty. Good protein.
