The Big Bang Theory, Season 10, Episode 13 (January 19, 2017) -- " The Romance Recalibration"

And warped boards: sometimes you need to pull a board and plane it or replace it. But that floor did look newly refinished.

I wonder if the directors pondered the idea of his crotch ripping open when he did the split.

I was watching Entertainment Tonight and they had a segment on Jim Parsons aka Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory and many many plays.

They had interviewed him because he has a radio show on Sirius XM on the " Radio Andy" channel and apparently today was his first day. It’s called “Jim Parsons is too stupid for Politics.” It’s only going to run for 6 weeks. But he said he wanted to talk about politics from a neutral point of view and just talk about the facts.

He also said that he is an Executive producer for a Big Bang Theory spin-off show about a teenage Sheldon.

Oh, I forgot to add that he did say that he has no plans to leave TBBT.

I like The Big Bang Theory for inexhaustible humour! It’s the 10th season already but it’s still interesting and funny.

I agree. The scene was funny even though the premise was weak.

Comparing the show to I Love Lucy is supposed to be an insult?

He’s also a fairly good impersonator.

Yes, yes it is. When the aliens come down to wipe us out, beaming I Love Lucy into the cosmos will be at the top of our list of sins.

I’m about ready to give this show up. The noise that baby makes - I understand what the joke is supposed to be, but I cannot tolerate that sound.

That’s overstating it a bit. He’s okay, but he’s no Jim Carrey/Rowan Atkinson/Michael Crawford. At best he’s a John Ritter or a Bob Denver.

Wow. What a bomb of an episode. And it had no ending! It just … stopped. When the music started playing I was literally startled. Wait a second, isn’t something supposed to happen to end an episode other than just going straight to credits?

The nursery grid thing was pathologically idiotic. No way would Howard, let alone Howard and Raj, not see the obvious flaws in the jumping around. Both of them would have seen the problem with dancing around while carrying the baby. And it started right away. The first X square was right in front of the doorway.

A crappy engineer would know that the layout can be resized, shifted, etc. to maximize the chances of a reasonable route.

That part was clearly written by someone who no brains whatsoever.

No way would Penny let Leonard lounge around in his shorts if she didn’t like it. The first time he’d do it, she would give a big “Uh, no.” and that would be it.

Several other “These people don’t interact this way.” moments.

A thing that I wondered watching Amy and Sheldon make out passionately: Do you think they’ve bumped their sex schedule to more than once a year?

He so totally is. One of my favorite Howard moments was when he was the Dungeon Master for D&D instead of Leonard and he kept doing all those celebrity impersonations.

I don’t remember them saying so in show but I bet, if they haven’t already, they are going to.

“If you guys get divorced will I get two Christmases?”
