It doesn’t really. Just at the end, when the grown up Sheldon says in his voice over that he has made contracts his whole life. “With my roommates, with my wife, and even with my children.”
And let’s not forget that both Wil Wheaton and Penny’s father were serial killers who faked their own deaths before moving into the Big Bang universe. No wonder the latter’s last name is unknown!

I thought they would do a gag when Mark asked who was giving Amy away but they skipped that.
The first thing I saw where Teller “talked” was in their Invisible Thread TV movie. Near the end Teller says “Hey, Penn!” through a megaphone which obscures his mouth.

When we watched this episode we were also watching the last season of Homeland so we got to see two female guards from Orange is the New Black back-to-back: Catherine Curtin and Lauren Lapkus.
On young Sheldon’s voice over last Thursday, Sheldon said his brother first got married at age 19. On the Big Bang rerun when Amy breaks up with him, Sheldon asks his mother if he should send back her grandmother’s engagement ring that he was going to give to Amy. She responses: Keep it a little longer. Your sister’s already married, and I’m not giving it to your brother so he can give it to the whore he’s currently dating.
