Really? Because everyone I know who has had it, has said the opposite.

Sticky Mono sucks, sorry
Logging off for the night
Cheers all
Jim
Watching hockey, chatting with Hockey Lady. Life is good.
Midget, I played trumpet in 6th grade.
We should make a whole band with all of us who play (or used to play) instruments.
A barge collided with a pillar of the I-30 bridge, and all that traffic was routed to the Broadway bridge. It took me forty-five minutes to get home in North Little Rock across the river rather than fifteen.
Trombone, Cute One?
I am again reminded of the Gilbert and Sullivan opera, The Mikado. The son of the Mikado is hiding out as the third chair trombone of a traveling orchestra to escape an arranged marriage, and meets a Cute Girl, although not as cute as The Cute One.
Son: “But what if I were no musician?”
Cute girl: “Oh! I knew it directly I heard you play!”
“For $50 we’ll play at your wedding. For $500, we won’t play at your wedding.” :D;)
Mustard! You forgot mustard! No fridge can be well stocked without mustard; & I don’t mean that tasteless yellow crap either.
I was treated to good Southern-style dinner tonight; chicken-fried steak & dumplings. Unfortunately north of the Mason-Dixon line that means it comes from a Cracker Container*. Are any of their restaurants more than ¼ mile from an interstate exit ramp?
- Us classy Northerners don’t eat food from a barrel (with the exception of deli pickles, & when eating those we hold our pinky out 'cause we gots class!).
Midget, do you record any of your compositions? I’m looking for some good 3-4 minute soundtracks.
Spidey, we’ve got 2 cracker restaurants in 2 neighboring counties and both are many miles from I-95. So it happens.
Up early just because. This evening, I’m going to my mom’s so tomorrow we can load my truck with plantage. Both my boss and Missy Prissy are off today, but I have plenty to do, so yay!
Time to get going. Happy Firday!!
Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 63 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 89 for the day. The tropical storm hangin’ in the Gulf of Mexico will probably dump a bunch of rain on Sunday and/or Monday. Or not. Really. That’s what the forecast is sayin’.
flytrap we could have a caged death match between knife/spoon wieldin’ stinkbugs and point stick wieldin’ Sri Lankan spiders. Might be a moneymaker.
Ok that’s all I got. I need more caffiene and rumbly tummy wants sustenance. Then, alas and alack, irk purtification must commence. At least 'tis Firday and if’n I can get away with it, it’ll be a short day of irk just cause I can.
Happy Firday Y’all!
Well, things are moving out of my sinuses, but I’m still dizzy and I feel a little sick. We’ll see how today goes. I don’t get backup until 2 p.m.
I used to play viola. I’ve still got it. I just need to get a few things fixed on it.
We’re doing the Mikado in my Gilbert and Sullivan group this year. It’s my 10th year in the group.
I played viola for a year.
HOCKEY NIGHT IN CAROLINA!
7 hours till tailgate time.
Spaz, hope the head feels better.
swampy, We’re getting the Deluge on Moanday.
I can play the triangle ding and maybe sing back up? I did musical theater and choir back in high school.
Only having 4 hours of sleep is not the best way to start a Friday.

Happy Firday.
It’s a sunny 62 degrees with a projected high of 83.
It’s a blurfy morning
Today Sah-son gets his first driving lesson from the school, I don’t think he is ready. I hope they can give him the confidence I haven’t been able to give him.
Then I get to watch piddle pup tonight and tomorrow.
I can play some piano and less guitar, but I would rather sing. Jynx, Rosie and I can do some three-part harmonies.
I’ve played percussion with a few orchestras. I actually have rather extensive triangle experience. Here is a video of a piece of music where there’s a triangle at the very beginning of the piece (and yes, that’s me playing the triangle solo. ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lj80cX3BCrg (I can`t figure out how to post links properly on this school computer.)
I hope it’s not too egotistical of me to post videos of myself. Heh.
I shall blow across a beer bottle.
I can’t sing, I croak.
I can play zils although I am out of practice.
I am so sleepy today, can’t shake off the blurf.
Sah-son is in a pissy mood because he doesn’t want to drive.
When I was in McGill, a few of us had an idea to form a music group where everyone would play beer bottles filled with varying amounts of liquid to make different notes. Never really got off the ground, although at a party once, 4 of us had different beverage bottles, and when we each blew across our bottle at the same time, by pure luck, it just happened to make a perfect 4-note chord. The music nerd in me was very happy. Or drunk. Or both.
