Good thoughts going out to the Anachi family. Oh, and to the new girl. Personally, I like Hank and JavaNut, but I’m partial to confusing nicknames. Anyhoo…hope the flu goes away and you feel better quickly.

Oh, and Hazel (Haze?), it’s not hazing (hee - it’s a good pun anyway), we’re just…[del]weird[/del] creative. Also, we enjoy secret code.

I was in such a rush this morning that I didn’t even take the time to think of polka memories. I hung out with people in college who liked to do things like go to the only local bar that had a polka band. We had lots of fun. It’s the kind of dance you can fake your way through without looking like a complete dork. I miss those friends.

Can’t believe your wedding is finally (already?) here, taxi. Of course, we fully expect a wedding/honeymoon MMP.

We don’t have anyone yet for next Monday (the 11th), by the way.

I’ve read the books that Bones is based on, but haven’t seen the series. I can read all kinds of stuff, but watching it doesn’t appeal to me, most of the time.

Plant sounds nice, SCL. How was your birthday, by the way?

Oh…smells… Periodically, I’ll be somewhere and smell: my American grandparents’ basement or my Mexican grandmother’s garden in the rain (it had lots of stone paths and brick edging).

Oh, Taters: how are your Mom and MIL doing? Don’t remember what reminded me about them yesterday.

Hey, the ads are for black toilet paper and cat condos. Maybe Google’s got the MMP all figured out now. Five more minutes and I can go home. I just need to pick up my laundry and then I can go home and collapse into bed.

I made some chili, and am having a beerverage before game time. Laundry is done and put up, and everyone is fed and watered. I’ll [del]take one for the team[/del] volunteer for next week if no one else wants it.

Just back from getting our tree, and for the first time ever-we are not putting it up tonight. No time. Off to bed soon, because I have to work tomorrow. Augh.

I like to buy tp and stuff like that in bulk as well. I really should quit Sam’s Club, though-I dont’ shop there enough.

I just found out my best friend’s husband has to have a cardiac cath done this Thursday. It has only been three years (almost to the day) since he had a triple bypass. Please keep them in your prayers. Jahdra, I hate to ask Ophie to keep pedalling…but this is important. My friend is scared to death.

Coach’s Show was fun as usual; Executive Board meeting afterward went smoothly. I am having a Bailey’s or two and there is a hot bath in my near future.

So guess what I am. Go on, guess. Got it? I’m DONE. Done for the term. No more homework sets, or exams, or anything. Done. I just got back from Round 1 of our little celebration, and Round 2, which begins in just a few minutes, is watching Chicken Run. Good times, I know. And then I get to pack and spend tomorrow traveling. I’ll be setting out for the train station at 9:30 for an 11 am train (my ride wanted to leave earlier), then getting into NYC at 6:25 pm, and then taking a 7:15 bus and probably arriving home sometime around 8:30 to 9 pm. 12 hours of traveling. Excellent.

My vote for HazelNutCoffee’s nickname is HazNut,WillTravel. Okay, maybe that’s a little too long. Actually, Mindfields idea of Hank made me giggle. It’s definitely in the oddball style of the MMP.

I am going to try to get to sleep before 1am - I actually made it to work on time today - or should I say I actually made it to work at all today. But it wasn’t bad - MyVeryOwnAC is on Jury Duty so I have a small repreive.
