I’ll chime in as being a lurker also that’s seen your name around the past few months. Don’t really know you that well, or the situation, but you have my sympathies as well. I’ll also support Dave in his assertion that a lot of the women on the board really need to realize that they are attractive, even if they’re not Playboy material, that doesn’t automatically = not hot!. It’s been a long time since I’ve met any dopers face to face, and I don’t have the most sterling reputation with those that I did know, but I have always thought that everyone I’ve seen on here (and although the people’s pages don’t work anymore, for a long while, we all really could see each other) were very attractive. Beyond the mere physical aspects (difficult to ignore with all the boob talk in here), the open-mindedness, candor, and intelligence of the posters here make you irresistible. And while I’m not bi or gay, I’ll even extend that compliment to the guys like Davebear. I’ve been particularly impressed at your attitude, and support of dopers.
So Honeydew, cheer up. If absolutely nothing else, it give us male dopers a glimmering of hope that we can bask in the light of your undivided attention. I hope you’re doing ok, and look forward to seeing you around for a long time to come
