The ex-felon vs the two drunk douchebags

Acknowledged and appreciated. It’s always good to learn something new every day. Would you not agree?

Whatever made you think that the cane did not support her? It certainly did. Dude, you’re drunk.

Yeah, I’m drunk, but if you could snap the cane across your knee, it wouldn’t have supported grans very well. Why did you hate your grandmother so much?

Once more, we have drifted so far afield…

Anyone care to discuss the real topic?

Really? You don’t think the 2 intoxicated angry women would be more likely to invade your home? Maybe the felon is just a bad guy and maybe this is the first crazy thing the women have done. Maybe. Or maybe being attacked on his own “turf” is the one thing that would trigger “prison reflexes”.

Do you think that being drunk should be an exception to the diminished capacity defence?

I’m more capable drunk than I am sober. Does that speak poorly of me or of you? I still haven’t figured out the answer to that question. Have you?

Back to the topic anytime he thinks.

Hmm. . . let’s think about this. A couple of harpies, one of whom slapped someone and both of whom would have hit someone, or a fellow who was convicted of shooting someone to death, and who continued to beat a couple of harpies after beating them into submission with a metal rod. Given the choice . . . .

How sad.

So you’ve already prejudged the victim of the battery. Most interesting.

It is kinda, huh?

Maybe you should give me leeway to act as I wish, with no retaliation.

You’re not an arsehole, just really fucking stupid.

smoochies for krav

Once more, what is the topic of this thread?

As I have previously stated in this thread, I have no sympathy for any of the three of them. If I had to live on the same block as any of them, the last one I would prefer to have in the neighbourhood would be the one with the track record for doing the most damage when going Rambo – in this case the male.

For what it is worth, at the core we are in more or less agreement.

As I’ve said prior, I think the cashier probably went over the line. However, unless you’ve been in a similar situation, it’s really hard (or should be) to pass judgement on the fellow. Regardless of that, given the way mainstream society is with regards to violence, the guy probably going to see hard time once more.

Correction: I should have said “all levels of Ontario courts.”

And he was attacked. That’s all I’m going to say in this thread.

Be good to yourselves and be good to each other.
