OK, check out this eBay auction.
Scroll down to the description inside the yellow “eBay Award - Most Outstanding Business Seller” border.
Now read the item description.
I nearly pissed myself. Also - wow, that’s a lot of negative feedback.

Hm. I DO demand more horsepower…
Well, at least it’s consistent with the promise that “It fits in any occasions to use!”
And that “award” looks phony. Go Google up “Most Outstanding Business Seller” and you’ll get a whopping seven hits.
I didn’t know people could smoke gasoline from a pipe. I know tobacco has a lot of crap added to it it but damn.
I tried one of those pipes, once. Somehow, I ended up in Tulsa with a bloody Santeria candle one hand, an autographed Emeril Lagasse cookbook in the other, and a Lei around my neck.
Never again, man. Never again.
Yea right…the candle was in your HAND. Uh huh.
Yeah, they SAY it’s easy to install, but when you get it, the instructions are in japanese.
The best eBay auction ever was this one. I’ts not actually on eBay any more, it’s from several years back, but somebody took a screenshot of it while it was up.
How do you drive a p…
You know, on second thought, I really don’t want to know.
I used to think the one with the guy selling the wedding dress was the best one. Then I saw your link and changed my mind. I wonder if that one got pulled or if it went through.
? 2.1% negative feedback is a lot? (97.9% positive.)
It might be small compared to their total sales, but it’s still 609 negative feedbacks in 12 months. That’s a lot of unsatisfied customers.
Look at it this way. What if 1 out of every 50 times you tried to use your pipe, it didn’t have enough horsepower? You wouldn’t think 2.1% was such a small number then, now would you???
"Do not pick me up, as I will be attacking you completely randomly. "
Why does this remind me of GIANT PANDA!!!
I just had to look at the feedbacks of the seller in the OP. One of the positive ones read:
Is that like a randomly generated sentence, or what??
D’ya think?
I’m a pipe smoker, and I was a little dubious about a $5 pipe, but then I read this feedback item:
Any pipe that has a changeable plug is a top quality pipe! I am just so damn sick of these cheap Asian knockoffs that come with Thai plugs that you can’t change! Heck, I might buy one of these.
Ass kickings? Smokable car pipes? What about Quebec?
Yep, La Belle Province herself went on the block in May 1999. Bidding at one point reached USD10 million. Quite the deal if you ask me.
I’ll forever remember the “ghost in a jar” eBay auction, if only for the funny imitators it spawned. Toast in a jar, ghost in a jar-jar, jar in a ghost, ghost jar collecting racks, ghost jar vacation homes, and of course…ghost jar in a ghost jar.
