I like the picture–I can see your hands. They’re nice. Good, strong hands…very useful for uh, all the typing you have to do as a Mod…yeah, that’s it…

FWIW I think you look better without the beard as well. But I don’t believe you’re actually working. You look much too pleasant. Where’s that pained expression? You know the one that comes from having to suffer fools all damn day and night. 
My wife bought a camera for our 3 1/2 year old, and she’s already started snapping away. May the Forces of the Universe grant that she never photograph me at the computer.
