Irked, saw hockey(and a bunch of my hockey friends:D) Chattin’ with Hockey Lady and cooking some salmon. Life is good.
It was.
I shared the lamb with the dog because they always put on too much meat.
Happy dog, happy me and a really happy son because he luvs pizza. He shares the crust with the dog but the dog likes the lamb better.
And now to drag him (the son) out to drive.
The dog can’t reach the pedals and he’s half blind anyway.
Then come home and go to bed and have to get up early to go house hunting.

I am so scared something is going to go wrong. Until I make it through settlement and have the keys in my hand I am going to worry.
Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 74 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 90 for the day and only a slight chance of rain. No rain over the past couple of days so we’re dryin’ out somewhat. Looks like we’ll have higher chances of rain again sometime mid next week. We shall see.

My sweetie got home just before 7:30 - he made pretty good time, but then, he tends to drive ever so slightly above the speed limit at times… :rolleyes: He’s concerned about his folks - they’ve both got a ton of mobility issues. One of his chores while he was there was installing grab bars in the shower, including one just on the outside of the stall. I’m glad his brothers are both close enough there in case something happens.
Anyway, when he got home, he turned on Sharknado, so we saw the last half. OMG, what a hoot that movie is!! And apparently your best defense against flying sharks is a combination of a handgun and a chainsaw. I can’t wait for the sequel!!
One of my crab people is going out today and not due back till 3, altho I fully expect her to change her end time once she gets out there. If so, I hope she changes it early enough that I can get there - I’m about an hour away from her unloading marina. We shall see how that goes. And it’s still early, so someone else may go out also. It’d be nice to have another two-fer day.
I’ve got a load of laundry going - damned cat peed in a laundry basket again. We need to keep them in the closet with the door closed. Stoopit cat.
It’s already around 80° and I think today’s supposed to be the hottest day of this week. By Sunday, highs drop to the mid-80s - that’s feel nice by comparison. I think…

Still just the one crabber on my list, but I checked Google Maps - the ramp is just 20 miles away - I was thinking of a different one. So this won’t be a huge deal as long as I have at least an hour notice of her return time. I’m supposed to arrive there 30 minutes ahead of time.

It’s already 80 degrees outside and looks sunny. Gonna be another scorcher!
Last night I dreamed about house, all kinds of houses and I was up the stairs and down the stairs, and counting bedrooms and looking in closets and turning on faucets, while the owners were following me around telling me all about their houses and begging me to buy theirs.
I’m exhausted!
So time to get up and get ready to leave.
Only looking at three today, I hope this is the last trip out there to look.
FCM don’t cats get noisy if you keep them locked in the closet?

I’ve got 2 loads of laundry on the line and still just one crabber to monitor. **FCD **just got up and is in the shower - I’m next. Yay! 
And since I don’t have to leave till 2, I can maybe finish some stenciling today. Yay again!
I’m goning to watch a hockey scrimmage, what else. I won’t need bail money till August.
We’re supposed to hit 110 degrees today. I am Not Happy. My glasses already fogged up when I got out of the car this morning.

Overlslept and feeling very blurf- because it’s so hot (by our standards), and of course more houses here don’t have air con (because it’s never this hot), everyone’s leaving the windows open, so I could here the nocturnal neighbour’s TV until they finally switched it off sometime around 3.
I should go do something really, but I don’t want to bother.

We’re going to run some errands - **FCD **needs a few things so he can practice airbrushing. So once he finishes emptying the car, we’ll probably go. Thank goodness for auto air conditioning!!
In other news, Hawaiian Shirt and Funny Hat day is off to an awesome start.
I’m sorry, did I say “awesome”? I meant “stupid and desperate.” It seems to me that this is the kind of thing a company does when it’s trying to distract its employees from noticing something is very wrong. I wonder if there’s something I’m missing.
