Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 39 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 68 and sunny for the day. Not too shabby for February. Also, I am the only one up and I’m pretty sure I’ll be the only one to go deheathenate this mornin’. Everyone else overindulged in the adult beverages last night. I was a good bear and stopped after three gin ‘n tonics. Ok, I did that cause I have ush duty this mornin’ and needed to stop. Still, I’m the good one. 
Baker beer and pancakes is not good together. Beer and bacon, however is a nummy combo. So is sausage and beer. I’m usually on bacon and sausage cookin’ duty so by the time we’re ready to start servin’ I don’t want pancakes and such. Neither do the pancake cookers. We all smell like bacon, sausage, and pancakes which lessens our desire to eat. Except for bacon and sausage. They are sirens that beckon to us. We also have King Cake which is good with beer as well.

Ok, now I need more caffiene and rumbly tummy wants sustenance. Then purtification for deheathenization and ush duty must commence.

It’s a cloudy 27 with a projected high of 35.
I got my tickets, haven’t printed them yet, but I have them.
Not much to do today, just irk. It’s just me and the son for a while. Mom and her bf are still in Florida and the HFH is somewhere. Doesn’t matter where as long as it’s not here.

I’m about to hem 30 tea towels. It’s gonna be a looooooooong evolution. Not hard, just tedious and time-consuming. Oh well, the stoopit towels won’t hem themselves.

Saturday sucked. I had great plans–drop off coats at the Salvation Army, get an Eye-talian beef for N.O.L. at Portillo’s, mall walk (cuz my foot is in an air cast so I can’t walk outside) and go to yoga. Oh, but that got all fustigated because it had to snow. Like 5 feet isn’t enough, we had to get another 2 inches. And it came down icy so my windshield wipers froze up. I was able to get the Eye-talian beef though. Then went home and took a nap.
Today is sunny and of course cold. I’ve got Paula Deen’s beef onyum soup in the slo-cooker and I’m going to the movies this afternoon. Seeing Monuments Men.
Stayed out late at a party, and got up relatively early. I should go get breakfast/lunch, and then maybe I’ll eat some chocolate or buy some candy with a gift card or some such thing.
Gotta organize some photos at some point too.
In *The Cat Who… *mystery series the two Siamese cats owned by the protagonist are named Koko and Yum Yum.
I accidentally made a coaster yesterday. It was supposed to be the center of a rug, but due to a lot of unraveling and recrocheting, the t-shirt yarn will no longer play nice with the other balls I have. So I’m going to finish up the last few stitches and set my coffee mug upon it. The real center of the rug will now be a white shirt instead of a black one.
Just for the record: t-shirt yarn does not like to be unraveled and recrocheted very much.
Wellllll, random acts of kindness are always good. Like sending chocolate love offerings to people who would appreciate the gesture.

I had a scare - I couldn’t find Taz anywhere!!! Then I noticed a lump under the covers on the bed. Found him!!

I am tired and sore but happy as I don’t have to irk for a while just yet. QOTSA is bringing their own PA so I just have to work the afterparty and reinstall mine after they are done. This means I had to pull mine out last night, 8:30am til 1:30am.
One month to go and I get to meet me some Mumpers, woo hoo. I am not much into carnations but worry not, I am hard to miss. Look for the man in black, obviously with the band, giant goatee and in charge.
Seriously, I am about to send Mooooooooooooom a pm with my info, if she promises not to throw scanties at me, that is.

Howdy Y’all! Home from deheathenization. Stopped by Arby’s and brought home roast beast ‘n cheddar sammiches and curly fries. This made OYKW happy. Don’t go to Arby’s often as it’s a ways from da cave just for a sammich but it’s sorta on the way back from the church house. Anywho, N.O.L. has been ingested. OYKW has gone to his place to take care of some laundry. Ima go pick him up late this afternoon (time to be decided) and we’re havin’ dindin at one of MOOOOOOM’s favorite places, Sonny’s BBQ. YUM!

Skipped deheathenating (wasn’t feeling good), but must run a couple of loads of laundry so we have clothes for the coming week.

Up at 4-sumpin’ & out at 5ish for a ride up to near the Draeborhood for a little winter flying & competition. It was interesting, the snow had crusted over so you could walk four or five steps on top & then you’d fall thru on your next one.
Stopped at a gym for a run on the way back, then the grocery store. I feel like the old Army commercial, “We do more all morning than most people do all day!”
Between the camera bag, the outdoor layers for ballooning, the outdoor layers for a run, & the groceries, I should be able to unpack the car in an hour or so, with another hour to put it all away. 
Oh I was slightly delayed for an Abalama Power truck stringin’ wires across the road (& I’m in PA). Way to go guys!
Swampy, beer & pancakes isn’t any good??? I’ve had beer in my cheerios (instead of milk) - it was a dare; pretty awful!
