That is the only time of the year that Every. Damned. Mile. Of. Every. Damned. Interstate. in the State of Ohio IS NOT under construction. :mad:
Yep. But VWife said she had the rifle zeroed in, so you might want to practice ducking. 
No; at that point Ohio and Western PA is under 3 inches of ice and a variable amount of snow that is replaced every couple of days by a short thaw thus creating a new bumper crop of potholes to necessitate yet another round of road construction and repair. That stuff ain’t fun driving either.
It’s an evil circle but it keeps a lot of people employed by our respective DOTs.
(And actually 70 wasn’t as bad this weekend as usual. Although I heard 80 and 90 were both ---- interesting.)
