Then I got a call from a law firm who is going to go after the collection agencies for harassing me. It won’t cost me anything, if they win they take their chunk of the money and send me the rest. Once you tell them they have the wrong number and to stop calling they have to stop.
We’ll see what happens, I have nothing to lose but aggravating phone calls.
We’re going to Capt. Leonard’s for supper. But the house is smelling yummerrific - it’s a good batch of sketty sauce! Nummy future meals. 
Are they ambulance chasing for a group of folks harassed by these guys?
No, when I looked up the number to see who was calling me it went to a website that said it’s illegal and they can stop the harassing calls and maybe even get me some money too. So I gave them my name and number.
I’m shocked they called me back.
I didn’t realize it but they are the same law firm whose app I have on my cell phone to block unwanted calls.
I hope they do sue the collectors and win, but I’m not counting on anything.
I just want the damn calls to stop.
Well, that was disappointing. I got the scallops at Capt. Leonard’s - they had no flavor to speak of. The sweet potato wedges were good, but that was it. And the prices really went up since last year. Shouldn’t be a surprise - crabs are stupid expensive - the crab cake dinner went up $4!
At least I didn’t have to cook or clean up, so there’s that.
Dindin has been ingested. YUM! Plus leftover Eye-talian chikin for tomorrow’s dindin. YAY! We have an alleged tstorm in the area. Haven’ seen a thing as of yet. :dubious:

It was raining but it’s stopped. We might get more tonight. Frankly, I’m ready for the rain to be done. I miss the sun.
Worked, came home and walked Gordie. I took a nap, in case the hockey game goes into overtime. I’m making mesquite chicken qith tequila line rice for dinner.

The green monster is gone. Apparently, my doc said it looked “really bad” so getting rid of it was a good idea.
So there I was at the hospital, a sick bear with bear paws on me. Sort of… This hospital uses “Bair Paws” gowns which are a 3M product that are disposable, cover more than the traditional flimsy hospital gown and have spots built in to connect warm air blowers. All very clever, and comfy, even if bears are usually brown, tan or black, but Bairs are lavender.
Home from work and a possible killing spree - I MEAN MEET-UP - with Bobbio is planned. Tomorrow should be fun!

Years ago I opened a sprint account for OAOASO
I have been waiting for the contract to end and today I closed it
only to find out somebody bought a phone and charged it to my account.
Too weird
they used my name, my armpit address even though it happened after I moved (which the account has never been in MY address - he paid the bill so it was in his address), and a phone number that has never been on the account.
Sprint will not tell me who the phone number belongs to, I called it but nobody answered. I did leave a message asking why their number was on a contract charged to my account.
I jumped all over OAOASO, why is he buying a phone on my account. He swears he knows nothing about it and probably doesn’t because if he had done it he would have used his own address. The signature is not mine, not his, not his friends.
However the only people who knew the password are him, his friend who also had a phone on the account and me. They only knew the password because you need it to pay the bill.
So now there is a fraud investigation started
I hope they go to jail - and rot while they are there.
