Twisty - I clean forgot to post the story of the holiday! And I’ve got it half done, too!
Hmm. For now, suffice to say that the engine siezed up in the far, far South-East of Spain. We had to be towed back by a wafer thin chain smoking Spaniard who spoke no English for 14 straight hours in a very cramped cab. Followed by a 24 hour ferry ride on choppy seas. And then another 6 hour tow from Plymouth. Yowzers!
But Bertie is going into the garage tomorrow for an all-new engine.
