Dinner was oven-roasted pork and some stuff I didn’t care as much about but it was all yummy. Judging from e-mails from coworkers today wasn’t bad for them; no idea what tomorrow brings. Predictions are Wednesday will he Hell-on-Earth but I’m only doing a single that day.
Making herb crusted poke chops tonight, with baked **N.O.T.**s with olive oil, bacon, and Parmesan. Thus ends my 1 day weekend.
Draelin’s dog is a Winston, too.
I think it’s a fairly common small dog name. I know/ have known two yorkies named Winston.
