The Mandalorian Season 3 [Open Spoilers]

It’s a big galaxy and 30 years in the future. We can’t be sure about anything.

Best episode of this season so far.

Zeb’s twin brother?

We can be sure that Grogu would still be nearly a baby thirty years in the future.

I just noticed for the first time that the armorer has horns on her helmet. Horned species inside?

I think they’re just decorative spikes. The Armorer’s gear in general is a lot more “primitive” than the other Mandalorians’ - her helmet looks a like an actual Corinthian helm, and she wears a fur mantle and a leather skirt.

Oh dang, I messed that up and even watched the credits to make sure it was him.

I was expecting the Armorer to take her helmet off at the end along with Bo.

I’m on the wrong continent for proper redneck BBQs, but I’ll be honest… I’ve never pictured them featuring jetpacks.

It’s either jet skis or four wheelers depending on what flavor you get, but its the same concept.

Ah, I see. An opportunity for a drunken, impressively explosive death.

My understanding is that they show she was on dearth maul’s side of things.

I literally SCREAMED when Zeb showed up on screen. Like out loud. Hurt my throat. If I had guessed earlier today the order in which we’d see The Ghost’s crew, he’d have been dead last. (Chopper is a droid and we’ve seen a ton of them. We’ve seen Twileks aplenty, we don’t know what the kid would look like years later. Given all the Mandalorians, I would have guessed Sabine).

My kid was like “That’s not him. Not until they say for sure.” So we had to watch the starring part of the credits and when it said it, I started crying.

I am going to be fucking unhinged when Ahsoka debuts. She might be my favorite in all of SW and if I’m losing it at her and Zeb, I’m going to be a fucking mess when they’re all there together.

Also, loved the episode. Loving the whole season. I didn’t like the Pershing parts very much. I like the idea, but it went on too long and it would have been better paced with a few minutes sprinkled in previous episodes instead of one big lump in that one episode.

It seems to have a lot of hate this season, but I’m enjoying it. I didn’t like Andor or Obi wan very much and only parts of Boba Fett. But I’ve always liked SW very wrong or something.

This was a good episode. Fun Star Wars action and it’s always fun to see someone from Rebels again although it was a little weird he was a pilot since that was not his job on the Ghost.

Yay, a good episode! I was in danger of starting to hate-watch the show. But this episode had good action, good characterization, and no glaring logical flaws. Hell, they even tied some of the weird plot threads together!

(On the flip side, the pirate king guy looked like he belonged in a Mel Brooks parody, and once again Mando went into a dangerous situation with Grogu by his side - or rather, in his freakin’ lap. He might as well enter a shoot-out with him tied to his chest - oh, wait, I think he did that at one point. Anyway, minor complaints.)

I hope this marks a turning point in the season.

It was a good episode, but I notice it didn’t have a lot of Din and Grogu in it. Lots of Mr. Kim though (from Kim’s Convenience).

That’s no way to talk about the character the show is named after.

One little Easter Egg I picked up on: towards the end of the episode, Greef Carga ceded land from the Lava Flats to Bulloch Canyon.

Jeremy Bulloch was the original Boba Fett in Empire and Jedi.

We did laugh at the statue. Or rather the half a statue.
