The Bozo Bus should arrive around 12:30-1:00 containing my friend, Esther, Tris, Blue Kangaroo and Dwalin, in that order. The kimchee will be strapped on the roof.

I’m bringing Fluxx(with my six booster packs), Chrononauts, and EAC. Oh, and nourishment for the body as well. (Well, ‘nourishment’ is a bit much, but…)
I don’t think the EPA will approve that method of interstate transport of potential biohazards. I have multiple layer containment vessles prepared.

Checking my LJ friends page, I see that our non-renewed darling Frank #2 has fallen ill and will be unable to attend. 
He was slated to bring soda, in case someone wants to swing by somewhere and snag a couple of bottles to pick up the slack.
I give up. Between the incipient cold which is now very cipient and the lack of sleep thanks to the complete lack of air conditioning, I am not going to make it after all. I am throwing in the towel, if only because I know that I will not be safe to drive from Reading to Gettysburg since I’m still awake at 3:30 in the morning.
I hate my respiratory system, and if I had the energy left I’d pit the prior management company at this apartment complex for doing half-assed and apparently unsafe repairs around here with the end result of my a/c conking out during the hottest week of the year. And then I’d pit the current management company for having people on staff who simply go through a process of replacing stuff without actually checking to see what’s causing the stuff to malfunction in the first place.
Crap. The other person pegged to bring drinks isn’t going to make it, either. Sorry folks. I hope someone can grab sodas and water for all, 'cause I’m afraid I’m not going to be able to.

Why on earth not? I think I’ve managed to convince the gentleman that this is a romantic getaway. Then again, he is an engineer.

We’ll be arriving at about 1-ish. We can pick up a couple of 2-litre bottles of soda to bring along.
We’re leaving here by 8:30 this morning, but have to make a little detour in Winchester, VA for a while. Then we’ll be right up.
JayJay, I have to bring my husband; for one thing, it’s too long a drive for me alone; for another thing, if he doesn’t come, who will tell Anita diamond heist stories?
I can bring a couple of bottles of diet soda. I think we’re going to stop for ice anyway, so we can get some more then.
We’ll pick up a few on our way as well. I’ve been trying to stay away from caffeine so I want to make sure to have a few things I know I can drink.
I can bring a couple bottles of soda, and a pack of water too. I’ll throw that and some ice in the cooler. Mapquest says that from York to Gettysburg is 56 minutes? I think I can make it in 30 mins. I’ll be there sometime between 11 and 12. Depending on how long the eggrolls take.
We’ll stop and get water as well.
Kinda depends on where you’re starting from in York. From my house to George Street @ 30 is a half hour unless it’s 3 AM, and G-burg is ~another half hour west from here. Beware of many meandering knuckleheads along Lincoln Highway checking out yard sales who will make you wish for a hood mounted 1920s style death ray.
I can get from my house to Rt.30 & George St. in 5 mins. And I can’t promise not to stop at a few yard sales on my way either.
What could be more romantic than a Dopefest? Heck, that’s where Airman and I met.
