Story thus far, 2nd, is Robyn will be at my place around 400p-ish on Sunday. The plan as I have put it together is to go eat at the restaurant I work at (Babaluci on Damen and Shakespeare), then perhaps just sit around for a bit at my place (I have a wet bar and a dawg, what else do you need?). There’s also a very nice, relaxed little bar down the street from me called the Charleston. Whatever the consensus is of those present, with the guest of honour getting precedence.
So far I have MikeG and tiggerel saying they’re coming by. Will welcome any others. Email me for details as far as my addy and phone #s.

I left Minnesota at about 9 this morning and got to Chicago at 3. Of course, it took another forty-five minutes to get to Nymysys’ house.
Tiggeril, porcupine, MikeG and I met, and we chatted for a while before heading to Baba Luci’s for dinner. And it was an awesome dinner. It’s really good.
We’re now at Nym’s apartment, chatting. See y’all tomorrow in Pittsburgh

Well, Robyn asked where there was a place to get good crabcakes, so I think we’re gonna be heading to Annapolis.

I am finally in Pittsburgh, sitting at Le Sang’s desk after an interesting trip in which I apparently covered most of Western PA and half of Canada (I think, although it could’ve been West Virginia. It was dark.)
Medea’s Child was nice enough to get better directions and bring me to Le Sang’s room and introduce us. (Thanks )
So, tomorrow, I’m off to Hershey, Philly, and DC. I will post from there

I officially hate Pittsburgh. I got lost again, this time, covering downtown and Etna. I also got a parking ticket. I think, next time, I’m going to skip Pittsburgh.
On the plus side, I did get to stop in Hershey, at the biggest monument to corporate whoredom in North America. I took the little ride and got some chocolate. I also got to visit my old apartment house.
So, tonight, I made it as far as Philadelphia. I had to make a stop here, and they were closed, so I’m gonna try it again in the morning. I will be in DC tomorrow, after lunch sometime.

Yes, iampunha and I will be at the Lunch Bunch this afternoon. To ensure our presence, my car will be parked and we are taking the Metro. Otherwise, I fear we will end up in Canada somewhere. I exaggerate, but not by much.
