The first several episodes on TBS were really bad I thought.
The one tonight and last week after the break were an improvement from those, but still a let down from the ones from its heyday on FOX
There are new American Dad episodes on TBS?
I either missed that, or forgot. I’ll have to check it out…with lower expectations now.
There has been swearing for awhile now, no?
The new episodes seem to be pretty meh, but the show has always oscillated between stretches of being really weird and innovative, and then being extremely dull and boring.
I still love em.
The characters are intact, the storylines are as cartoony as normal, and the voice actors are all the same.
They aren’t being as random as they have in the past, but they also have a total of, what, 5? 6 episodes maybe? Plus I cannot get enough of anything Steve says or sings, it’s just so funny to me every time he talks.
Only on TBS (and possibly the Adult Swim repeats as well), and on the DVDs. Even then, the F-word is censored on the broadcasts.
I could’ve sworn I heard the f word on a TV episode of Family Guy.
One of the DVDs has an “uncensored” version of an episode. Literally the only thing I noticed is that Steve’s middle finger isn’t blurred, although I didn’t do a side by side. I may be inured to swearing…
