The new girl in the office

I guess I was supposed to know that?

ETA: I’d like to see the cite for the law in Canada.

So is the boss doing her case Pro Bono?

Seeing as how practically every reference to an attractive woman provokes a request for photos, then I’d say yes. Yes, they are.

This may come as a surprise to some of you, but you can find photos of thousands of women for free on the Web. Many of them will be even more provocatively dressed (or undressed) than the OP’s new coworker. I’d suggest anyone desperate for photos of sexy ladies go to Google and stop trying to get the OP to secretly photograph an unsuspecting woman.

Nope I’d like to give you a cite but, two Laws proposed in the States , one stagnated and the other is expected to fall into the bin of dead proposals. The only countries with the audible click law, is reportedly Korea and Japan. I have not heard of a ban in in Canada.

So to sum up , this is not a law in either country and the audible shutter sound is enabled or not bothered with in a variety of devices.

So thats the sound of a retraction.

Well, sure. In Canada, all camera phones are required to announce “SAY CHEEEEEESE!” and the shutter must be accompanied by an airhorn, boinging spring, or loud “Oh, Yeah!” (from the 1985 Yello song).

Damn you, you reasonable sonofabitch.
Anyhow, I learned something today.

LOL , cranky today

Declan

No, they say, “CLICK, Eh?”

That explains all the weird noises during Nuit Blanche.

Now that Tellus and Bell are getting the iPhone, you tempted to look into their future plans when your contract with the dog goes into the retention zone ?

Declan

In Canada, I assume the phone must also then announce “Ditez-vous Fromage!”
