Is this sort of like one of those “The only good music, was [whatever music you listened to when you were growing up], because the stuff now, is just noise and crap. Crappy noise.” things?

There’s something of that, true. But really, I’m just sick of wanting to vomit whenever I watch TV that’s not a documentary or a thirty year old rerun.
