Enough already! The similarities and dissimilarities between the two shows have been discussed in other threads without spoiler boxes, and nothing was spoiled. He was speculating. Theorizing. And if finding out one minor plot point in an old program spoils your day so badly, don’t read any threads about the series, old or new, because the fact that there are two versions of the show invites this kind of comparison and speculation. Go to the library, get the British version and get over it.

I was thinking more about Jim as the second-in-command: “This week we’re supposed to push cardstock, so go ahead and push cardstock…” It’s more business than Michael has been seen covering in a meeting, but still not much in terms of really buying into the company line and “selling it” to his reports. He says he wants to move up and be a company player, but in the next breath starts goofing on Dwight…is he really cut out for this?
