I’m re-watching the Office, US.
Some thoughts:

Michael is a horrible boss. Often directly counter-productive, such as ordering people into the conference room, or even directly throwing the accountants papers on the floor. But maybe the overall result is not so bad. Maybe the crazy environment draws the workers together more tightly, and increased productivity more than it is decreased by the direct actions.

Roy is extremely unsuited for Pam. It makes her seems like an idiot that she is still with him.

It’s really nice too see Michael be good at something. For instance, the very good sale he made together with Jan.
