The Office: Pool Party

Liked it besides the cold opening. No Kelly Erin Hannon and Andy Bernard aren’t the same as Pam and Jim… but I would still like to see them together.

It had some funny moments - but I have trouble distinguishing the new office girl (can’t even remember her name) from Andy’s girlfriend.

They do look similar.

I was expecting Meredith to be in an inappropriately tiny bikini, but I’m grateful she wasn’t. Erin, on the other hand, looked spectacular.

I must have missed more episodes than I thought, because I’d never seen the new office girl nor Andy’s girlfriend before.

erin, especially at the end explaining how she understands confused was just inexplicably stunning.

I think we only saw the girlfriend in the Christmas episode and we rarely see the office new girl. I think she was in one scene in last week’s episode.
I did like that they are setting her up to actually have a crush on Jim (we had joked about it on the board at the beginning of the season.) maybe they will actually give them a plot line.

The junk with the ring was lame.

I did like Robert California’s house tour and the bits with Ryan and Gabe and Toby and Oscar.

Loved every line from Robert California in this one – “Total waste of two bears.”

Toby: “I guess I’m through the gateway now!”

Meredith: “No top scum, no bandaids. This pool is choice!”

Loved Erin’s squeal when she described Andy as a stalker.

Another week that I’m not missing Pam at all!

Dwight and Stanley conning free meatballs out of Jim… I love stuff like that.

Erin rendering Dwight unconscious with the power of her thighs.

Merged duplicate threads.

I think this was the best episode in a while.

James Spader is the second best thing to happen to The Office.

I’m surprised Meredith wasn’t one of the people disrobing at the end. I would’ve thought she’d be down to her bare-nudeness before Robert’s shorts hit the floor.

The first?

Yeah, I was sure she would do something grossly inappropriate. No dice.

Steve Carell leaving.

I loved Dwight and Stanley scheming to get Jim to buy them meatballs.

Mr. California is about as interesting as a five pound sack of fertilizer.

I didn’t care for Jim’s drunk driving in this episode.

I had the same thought. “Didn’t he just drink a bottle of wine?”
