I’ll give it a look.
Reports are that she’s spent over $100 million when you count 2010 and 2012 Senate races. I guess it’s nice to know you can’t always outright buy a Senate seat, just most of the time.
I love when that happens, especially in regards to Meg Wittman in California. She wasted, I think, $123 million.
I’m not sure why this is a surprise. Romney spent very little time in Michigan and I’ve seen next to no ads from his campaign. If I remember correctly, Romney wrote Michigan off as a lost cause a while ago.
I’ve got Warren up by 2.5% with 14% reporting, and it looks like no votes from Suffolk County (Boston) have been counted yet. Feeling cautiously optimistic.
CNN projects the GOP retains control of the House.
Intrade is up to 82% for Obama.
TPM seems pretty positive about exits and early returns.
My own analysis of VA returns seems to suggest that in the small Republican counties which have finished counting Romney isn’t doing much better than McCain in 2008.
My prior probability that Obama is winning is high and I certainly don’t see anything to contradict it.
BBC too, and the Senate to the Dems.
Which wasn’t a surprise at all.
She paid local kids to wear purple shirts at the polls in African-American neighborhoods today that said “Obama and McMahon.” She’s seriously desperate.
CNN projects PA for Obama. Guess that last visit ti Pittsburgh didn’t work out for Mittens.
I’m getting updates in the basement on the computer. My daughter, upstairs and a 15 year old Canadian: “Guess what ! Romney’s ahead!”
Don’t panic. We 're still moving west towards California.
Obama’s margin in PA seems huge. 2 to 1. Damn!
CBS projects Pennsylvania going Obama!
(Unfortunately no matter what my stupid state will have a Republican governor and legislature. Poop.)
I was going to mention this. Intrade had been hovering at 65-72% Obama for most of the night so far, and it’s starting to break towards Obama now. That said, I seem to recall a break like this in 2004 to Kerry, so I’m holding my breath and my beer in hand.
NBC calls PA for Obama!
Florida on CNN is listed with 78% of the vote in, 3,393,000 (about) votes for each candidate; Romney is ahead by less than 200.
Please don’t make FL’s total matter.
Not sure whats going on with Miami-Dade, but uh…they don’t seem to be counting down there.
So much for the last-ditch run for PA. Fool’s Gold indeed…
