The official election day 2012 thread: 11/6/12

Now Florida with 86% counted, Obama up by 37,000 votes.

Is there a legit live stream out there? NBC keeps crapping out.

Seems to be working for me. Maybe I’m taking all the bandwidth.

Akin out! Will of God strikes again!

God distances self from Christian Right

CNN just called New Hampshire for Obama.

First, I want to thank the posters to this thread. Really helpful stuff.

Looking good for the O-man. I think I think I can sleep well even if OH and FL remain undecided by bedtime, as appears likely.

As others mentioned, have flipped over to FOX for the entertainment value.

Whoa, Palin, for what it’s worth, appears to be assuming a Romney loss.

Ohio seems to be tightening up in a disturbing way.

Kinda sucks to lose Nebraska Senate, but not exactly surprising.

I moved from Firefox to Chrome, seems to be working better.

On the one hand, I’d love for Obama to open some daylight in Florida. On the other hand, it would be awesome if he won by fewer votes than Gary Johnson received.

now with 87%, Obama up by 47,500

(someone will tell me if I am pissing them off with this, OK?)

Fox News is going into meltdown mode.

In my electoral map, I see that (as it is likely now) Obama wining Ohio and Iowa means that Obama does not need to worry about Virginia or Florida, If Florida goes for Obama then it is an early game over for Mittens.

For the 2012 election, or for 2008?

Time to unskew the election!

I saw that. Greta jumped all over her immediately to make it clear that Romney still had a chance.

Palin is “perplexed”.

Next up on Fox…Karl Rove.

This is comedy gold, Jerry…gold!

Is it just me, or does the map look hauntingly familiar?

Oy. Mourdock concession speech is likening losing to the Dems is like countries under severe totalitarian regimes continuing their regimes. Unbelievably ungracious. As a Hoosier dem, I have to mentionvthat I’d have voted for Lugar.

Have you looked at the crosstabs? They seem fishy to me.
